The Hill CDC, together with Councilman Lavelle’s office, is hosting a series of community meetings to receive input from residents on the development of the Lower Hill District (former Civic Arena site). There will be two workshops in May at times and locations TBD.

The Sports & Exhibition Authority is governed by a seven member Board of Directors appointed by both the County of Allegheny and the City of Pittsburgh. The SEA's existence is pursuant to the Sports and Exhibition Authority Act (16 P.S. Section 5502-A et seq.).
It has been responsible for implementation of the Regional Destination Financing Plan.
In addition, the SEA oversees related development projects and owns and/or operates various facilities.
